What if I change my business or its legal form?

Your pension account is in your name, not your company's. If you move from sole proprietorship to BV or the other way round, your account simply stays and nothing needs transferring.

What can change is your subscription type and how you contribute or sponsor. Your jaarruimte is also calculated differently, because with a BV it is based on your salary and with a sole proprietorship on your profit. Report the change via support.
