Why speak with our experts?

"We are required to participate in our sector's pension fund. It handles the basics for everyone, and we can't and don't want to change that. "But as a DGA, I’m not building up anything through that fund myself, and my manager and my two best employees have salaries that the fund only partially covers. I want to do something extra for them, and for myself. Without getting into trouble with the fund."

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the most frequently asked questions we receive about arranging pensions for your employees.

How long does the conversation last?

Around 30 minutes. In that time we briefly cover the Dutch pension landscape, your situation and what you already have in place, and what Vive can concretely do, including costs and onboarding.

There is room for questions to a pension expert, with no obligation. Book via schedule an appointment.

What are the pension costs per employee?

Per participating employee you pay a fixed monthly amount as the employer, plus one-off start-up costs. That amount is the same for everyone, regardless of age or salary, which makes your costs predictable.

That differs from a second-pillar scheme, where the premium often varies per employee. The management fee on accrued capital is paid by the employee. See current amounts on the pricing page.

What are the costs of Vive?

The costs consist of three parts, two of which go to Vive:

  • Subscription — only on the pension plans, per person per month, plus one-off start-up costs.
  • Management fee — a tiered percentage of your invested capital.
  • Fund costs — these go to the underlying funds, not to Vive.

There are no transaction costs, deposit fees or performance fees. All current amounts and percentages are on the pricing page.
