Our team is growing rapidly. We are therefore looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative who can attract new clients and actively contribute to our growth.

Werkzaamheden

As Sales Development Representative, you will play an important part in Vive’s growth. You will identify commercial opportunities, establish the first contact with potential clients and ensure that promising prospects speak with us at the right time.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Lead qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads and identify the best commercial opportunities.
  • Prospecting: Proactively approach new prospects by telephone and email.
  • Cold calling: Confidently contact potential clients and generate interest in Vive.
  • Relationship building: Schedule meetings and lay the foundation for long-term client relationships.
  • CRM management: Accurately record client details, interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and the founders to strengthen our sales strategy and campaigns.

You will have plenty of freedom to take initiative, further develop your commercial skills and contribute directly to Vive’s growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden

As Sales Development Representative at Vive, you will be responsible for creating and developing new commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
  • Conducting cold calls and other forms of outbound prospecting.
  • Approaching and following up with prospects by telephone and email.
  • Understanding the needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Accurately recording client data and interactions in the CRM.
  • Monitoring and reporting on your sales activities and results.
  • Sharing market insights and feedback with marketing and the founders.
  • Helping improve our sales processes and strategy.
Achtergrond

You are commercially minded, persuasive and energised by making new connections. You take initiative, focus on results and are not easily discouraged.

  • Education: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in business administration, marketing or finance.
  • Experience: You have at least one year of B2B sales experience.
  • Prospecting: You are confident making cold calls and conducting active outbound prospecting.
  • Analytical skills: You can recognise commercial opportunities and enjoy working with data and performance metrics.
  • Independence: You take responsibility and organise your work independently.
  • Proactivity: You do not wait for opportunities but actively seek them out.
  • Systems: You have experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Communication: You communicate clearly and persuasively with different types of prospects and stakeholders.
