Is Vive a replacement for my pension scheme?

Vive is a fully-fledged pension scheme in the third pillar. If you don't yet have a scheme, you can set one up through Vive and offer it to your employees.

If you already have a collective scheme, or fall under a mandatory industry pension fund, the situation is different. Vive does not replace that scheme, but can sit on top of it as a flexible layer that employees steer themselves. See the options on pension for employees.
