When must my pension scheme comply with the Wtp?

The end date is 1 January 2028: by then every pension scheme must be aligned with the Wet toekomst pensioenen.

More important for your planning is the intermediate deadline of 1 October 2027. Before that date your transitieplan must be ready and a signed quote must be with your insurer or PPI.
