What is a company pension?
A company pension is supplementary pension on top of your AOW, arranged through work. In its classic form that is a second-pillar scheme your employer contributes to.
Entrepreneurs and zzp'ers can also arrange a form of company pension themselves, via the third pillar. In both cases you build capital with a tax advantage. The difference is who arranges it and how much control you have. Read collective versus individual pension.
