What does a pension cost per employee?

This mainly depends on the salary, the number of participants, and the percentage you contribute as an employer. We first deduct the state pension (AOW) franchise of € 19,172 from the gross annual salary. We then calculate your chosen contribution based on the remaining pensionable salary.
