How do I close my Vive account?
We're sorry to hear you're considering leaving us. We want to thank you for using our app! If you choose to close your Vive account, you can easily arrange this via the Vive App. You will find the 'Close account' option in the menu. Once we receive your request, we will block your account and send you a confirmation as soon as everything has been processed.
Please ensure you have withdrawn your money before closing your account and your accrued pension has been transferred to another provider.
After closing your Vive account, your data will be processed according to the GDPR: Personal data from financial institutions is kept for 5 - 7 years in accordance with the 'MiFID2' directive and then completely removed.
Can't log in to your Vive account (anymore)? Haven't received a confirmation email within 2 weeks? Then send an email to support@viveapp.com with the email address you registered with.
