“We started our company as a couple six years ago and at the time, retirement wasn't one of the questions at our company at all. But as we grew in staff, it became something we heard more often,” says Thomas Lock, co-founder of Jopp.

Thomas appreciates Vive's personal approach. “The collaboration is very pleasant. They are easily accessible people. You don't have to worry about it and the lines of communication are short. If you need anything, you can always call or app, and there's just an answer.”

A big advantage, according to Thomas, is that you don't have to be an expert. “With Vive, it's actually done for you. If you want to become more of an expert at it, you have that opportunity, but in general, you don't need to be an expert.”
