What is the right of inscription?

The right of shareholders to request the company to place a specific topic on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders. This right is not unlimited, however; a minimum threshold applies, known as the agenda threshold, which determines what percentage of the issued share capital shareholders must own to be allowed to submit this request.
