What happens when I request an appointment?

Depending on the type of appointment you make, we will call you, or you will receive a Google Meet (online) invitation. We will inform you about your appointment with us by email. We will also remind you of the meeting via reminder emails. The following will be discussed during the appointment with Vive:

1. A brief overview of the Dutch pension landscape, who we are, and what we can offer you.2. Your situation, what you have arranged now, and how you would like to approach your pension. 3. What the costs are, how the onboarding process works, and what you can expect regarding the service process.
