Great news! Last week, Vive sent a press release to the Dutch media about the development of the pension product for employers and employees. In the coming period, Vive will be working on adding the pension plan to the app. So that employers can offer their valuable employees a pension solution that is flexible, inexpensive, and a perfect fit. Vive offers employers and employees a third pillar pension product. The product gives employers the opportunity to enrich the employment conditions package by allowing employees to put together a pension plan themselves in the app. The combination of collective and individual enables the employer to provide a flexible contribution to employees, while employees can further supplement their pension provision.
Both the employer and the employee can take advantage of the significant fiscal relaxation that applies from next year. The product also enables the employee to change employers without disrupting the pension scheme. Employees gain access to pension and investment plans via the app. The app provides insight into progress and the possibility to make adjustments based on personal preferences.
Vive is supported in its development by very large pension providers as well as (international) pension advisors. To this end, Vive has successfully raised almost EUR 5 million in various rounds, with interest coming from both existing and new investors. Vive will further invest this amount in building the solution, a safe environment, and entering into various partnerships.
